How to Request More Sessions

If your current session limit has been reached. To continue using the service, you may request additional sessions by entering the number of extra sessions you need in the input box. Once you’ve entered the amount, click Submit.

Once you click Submit, you will be redirected to the screen shown below. 

You will also receive a confirmation email at the provided email address, indicating that your requested number of sessions has been successfully added
